The immensely popular Salmon Buffet course is making its return once again. It’s hard to find a better deal than this: unlimited Salmon Sashimi, Aburi Salmon Sushi Roll, Salmon Sushi Roll, Basil Cheese Aburi Salmon Sushi Roll, on top of all the free flow meats and buffet counter dishes included in the Regular Shaburi course. This time, there is the special addition of Assorted Spring Mochi, which includes two types of traditional wagashi:

Sakura Mochi – light pink glutinous rice ball filled with anko (sweet red bean paste) and wrapped in an edible pickled cherry blossom leaf

Yomogi Mochi – chewy mochi made with fragrant Japanese mugwort and filled with anko
